Subject: Re: Specify new type

Hi Alan, All,

We have two wiki pages that explain the process for creating types [1] and then including these into the Bioschemas website [2]. The types are defined using the Schema.org infrastructure to ease the process of incorporating our proposals into Schema.org. Since this process is taking some time to complete, we temporarily host the types on the Bioschemas website.

As an added complexity, the Schema.org infrastructure has recently undergone some changes, this is partially documented on the first wiki page. I'm currently unable to get the infrastructure to build, so am continuing with the old infrastructure. However, we will need to resolve this as we need to update to the latest version before we can issue a pull request to get our types incorporated into Schema.org.

Best regards

Alsadair

    Hello everyone

I have specified the information for two profiles, however I do not understand how to specify the type-related information in bioschemas.,github.io. The types in the _types folder contain some significant HTML that appears to be generated from somewhere. Any help is appreciated.
