Re: Bioschema specifications repo

I was happy with one repo per Bioschemas type (profile) however I see
Dominique and Susheel point and I agree it might be easier to have one repo
structured with folders per type. I think this will also be easier for our
work (leaded by Guillermo) to autogenerate bioschemas specs. Having one
place also aligns to the way we handle GitHub issues and it is similar to
our google drive structure. So a +1 from me.
