Hi Alasdair, The only reason I suggest a single monolithic repo is so that our Bioschemers (yes, I'll keep using it until it sticks ;) are able to see all the specifications and connect attributes within their specs with other related specs being developed by others. The potential for reinventing the wheel (an attribute) is high esp. within our life sciences domain :) It would also give a developer a single shot view all specifications for generating the website, generating json-ld specs, conformance testing (as Dominique suggested). You could still have separate repos, but I would suggest adding them as submodules or subtrees to a centralised repo.
