New COVESA project proposal

In next Wednesday's 5pm CET CVII Tech Stack call Ulf Bjorkengren will
present his proposal for a follow on to the Cloud and Connected Services
(CCS) project that proceeded CVII.



Here is the outline:

The Vehicle Edge To Cloud Edge (VE2CE) project proposal can be seen as a
successor to the Cloud and Connected Services (CCS) project. By learning
from the achievements of the latter this new proposal seeks to create a
scope definition for a follow on project.



All are welcome to join to hear what Ulf has to say and discuss the
proposal.
