As Monday is a bank holiday next week, set the first one to be on 12
April with invitees you provided and our group's internal list

Anyone else wishing to attend that isn't subscribed to that list can
let me know and I'll gladly include them.

I labeled it VSSo alignment as we will be seeking other coordination in
addition to DTDL. We expect that to be the principal focus at least
initially and will make clear in advance if a given call might be
split, etc.
