I initiated a pull request from Patrick's fork and Paul approved it and did the actual merge. I approved/merged Gunnar's fix. I do not believe we need to address in the charter whether RSI will subsume VISS although that is the potential outcome. We need to come up with very rough estimates for the different milestones and then give ourselves some extra room in case the timeline slips. Hopefully we will have time on tomorrow's call after Neutral Vehicle presentation.
