This update establishes the reference draft of the current W3C Patent
Policy exclusion opportunity for:

- Vehicle Signal Server Specification
 (https://www.w3.org/TR/2016/WD-vehicle-information-service-20161020/),
 exclusion opportunity ending on 19 March 2017 23:59 UTC


This specification was produced by the Automotive Working Group.

If you do not wish to exclude patent claims during this exclusion
opportunity, no further action is required. Member participants who think
