Before starting a doodle, are there dates that are more conducive for
JLR OSTC?  I would like to include the possibility of the last couple
weeks of June even if our emphasis will be for a date in July.  

How many days?  Typically we have done two but as we want hands on
hacking sessions, possibly of focused breakout groups on our different
deliverables, in addition to higher level meetings we may want more.
