If we are going to have the meeting in July at JLR OSTC in Portland, we
should lock down the dates rather quickly to give folks, including OSTC
staff, time for planning and preparation. OSTC has a very good video
conferencing system with large video walls. We can easily loop in people
via Google Hangouts etc. Time zones may be a problem but other than that
remote participation is certainly feasible.
