Hello Mohamed,
We have generally left the acronym "WCAG" in the title, h1, etc. -- instead of translating it.
For example:
Руководство по обеспечению доступности веб-контента (WCAG) 2.0
-- <http://www.w3.org/Translations/WCAG20-ru/>
Would it make sense to have the acronym "WCAG" for this translation?
Note that the acronym seems missing from the title all together:
<title>المبادئ التوجيهية للنفاذ إلى محتوىالويب 2.0</title>
<h1...>المبادئ التوجيهية للنفاذ إلى محتوى الويب (م.ت.ن.م.و) 2.0</h1>
Also, the title and the h1 are slightly different.
