Additional F2F information and logistics

Hi all,

Clearly time is creeping up on the F2F and I apologize for the delay in
getting information out. I was at a trade show last week and got behind on
both email and W3C related business.

Here is what I think you will need to know:

Dates: Monday 1 June and Tuesday 2 June 2015

Location: The Noteflight office is located in the heart of Davis Square,
Somerville, not far near Cambridge's Harvard University and Tufts
University in Medford.

The entrance is on the right side of the building. No parking is available
in the lot, although some public parking is available in the area.

Mass transit:

Nearest T stop (subway) is Davis on the Red Line, about a 1 minute walk
from our office.

In general I would not recommend renting a car unless you are familiar with
the area, or are planning other activities that require it. Car travel in
the Boston area is frustrating and difficult due to the age of the city and
parking options in the area are very limited.


Accommodation suggestions:

The nearest cluster of reasonable quality hotels is in Cambridge near
Harvard. I can recommend the Charles Hotel or Hotel Veritas in Harvard Sq.,
Cambridge, 2 subway stops away on the Red Line:

The Red Line (see
http://www.mbta.com/schedules_and_maps/subway/lines/?route=RED) extends all
the way from Noteflight's neighborhood in Somerville into downtown Boston,
across the river. Any hotel in downtown Boston located near a Red Line stop
will be within easy reach by mass transit.

Finally, the actual closest choice (although not a standard-issue hotel and
with only a limited number of rooms) is Morrison House Bed and Breakfast,
about 5 minutes walk from our office:
