https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=23078 Bug ID: 23078 Summary: Add references to WebIDL spec (normative) as well as Canvas, Webgl (Informative) Classification: Unclassified Product: AudioWG Version: unspecified Hardware: PC OS: All Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: Web Audio API Assignee: crogers@google.com Reporter: olivier.thereaux@bbc.co.uk QA Contact: public-audio@w3.org Suggested by Yves Lafon: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-audio/2013JulSep/0362.html I noted that the reference sections are quite empty, it's missing some important normative references as well as many informative ones. As an example, WebIDL is used to describe things like [1], there are two issues here: 1/ WebIDL is not in the normative references 2/ It is not clear which level of WebIDL conformance is required by the specification for implementation (See [2] for the different conformance classes available). On the informative front, the abstract talks about canvas and webgl, good candidates for informative refs.
