Hi,
I noted that the reference sections are quite empty, it's missing some
important normative references as well as many informative ones.
As an example, WebIDL is used to describe things like [1], there are two
issues here:
1/ WebIDL is not in the normative references
2/ It is not clear which level of WebIDL conformance is required by the
specification for implementation (See [2] for the different conformance
classes available).
On the informative front, the abstract talks about canvas and webgl, good
candidates for informative refs.
