Re: Web Audio at NAMM

Last year, Doug Schepers presented at the MIDI Manufacturers Association
General Session at NAMM on Sunday morning. Several of us from MMA also met
with Doug at lunch after the MMA-only sessions that morning.

I think it would be great if someone from Web Audio could give another
update at the MMA General Meeting, especially with all the progress on the
MIDI spec over the past year. (I'm not an Audio WG member, but was in the
Audio XG.) Assuming it follows past years' schedules, the MMA meeting will
be on Sunday morning, January 27 in the Anaheim Marriott.

On another standards-related note, we're having a MusicXML community
meeting during NAMM on Friday, January 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. The meeting
will be at the Anaheim Hilton in the Malibu Room on the 4th floor. The
agenda is to discuss MusicXML progress over the past year and possible
directions for the future.
