Moving the test suite to web-platform-tests

Hi everyone,

As per <
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-testsuite/2013Mar/0022.html>,
I think we should move the Web Audio test suite to <
https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests>.  Doing that should be easy as
we don't have a lot of tests right now.  If there are no objections, who
wants to volunteer to do the move?  :-)
