Re: Teleconference on Wednesday

Thanks everyone, there's been two additional items added to the agenda
so it now looks like:

- discuss the two remaining contentious issues on the MIDI spec
  (https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19975
  https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=19803)
- clarify the use of RFC 2119 keywords
- A discussion of Alan Kligman’s work to look at a test framework, and how we could bootstrap it using some of the interface tests developed as part of Google’s implementation.
- A discussion on the pros and cons of defining a “version 1” of the spec and whether that would help with Ehsan and others implementation work.

Thanks to everyone who sent their apologies, I'll speak to the rest of
you at noon Boston.
