Is Web MIDI API intended to become a Recommendation?

Hello Olivier,

You signaled that we had not sent a Call for Exclusions for Web MIDI API [1], published 25 October. The reason is this statement in the status section:

   "The group does not expect this document to become a W3C Recommendation."

Please clarify whether that statement is accurate. (If so, there will be no call for exclusions.)
