  I guess we can publish as is, without saying the document is 
informative, but we should consider this remark from the webmaster, for 
our next publication and add "This document is informative only".

Usually, use cases documents are marked as informative which is not the
case here. See [1] for instance.
Can you confirm the document is normative?
