Logistics for Audio f2f meeting, 23-24 Jan 2012

Hi group,

As promised, we have created a page for the details of our upcoming 
face-to-face meeting.

We will be meeting on January 23rd (Monday) and 24th (Tuesday) at the 
Google offices in Venice Beach, California (340 Main Street, Venice, CA 
90291).

We will be meeting in the Dodger Stadium room. In order to make the life 
of our hosts at Google easier, I'd like to request that all participants 
arrive at the reception between 9 and 9:30AM on the morning of January 
23rd. Bring a piece of photo ID in case it is needed by security.

We will make sure to end the meeting reasonably on the second day, so 
that those who need to take a flight home can do so.

In order to have a clear idea of who will be joining us, who can't make 
it, and whether we should try and have a phone line open during the 
meeting (something we do not guarantee - please do your best to join the 
meeting in person, that's the whole point of holding a f2f), we need 
everyone to fill the short registration questionnaire at:

The questionnaire will close on Jan 17th, please make sure to answer ASAP.
