Availability of an ARIA editors working draft without differed features

James and Joanie,

There are a number of features in the ARIA 1.2 editors draft that are being differed for further discussion or ARIA 1.3, for example:

Label by Encapsulation and I assume Legend labeling techniques

I am interested in using the editors working draft as a reference, but concerned that people will see features we know will not be implemented in ARIA 1.2.

I was wondering when you think the next working draft without the differed features will be available?
