Initial ARIA 1.1 test results

Hey everyone!  Michael encouraged me to share this information with the
group. Thanks to Joanie you have an initial set of results in your ARIA 1.1
CR reporting area at [1].  Note that this README points into other pages
that make up the report, but also explains what is being reported upon.
Feel free to make PRs or suggest changes.

Note that these test results were generated AUTOMATICALLY using the new
ATTA architecture and Joanie's ATTA implementation.  As we get more ATTAs
on the other platforms additional results should be easy to come by.  As
additional tests are added to the testable statements wiki at [2] we can
easily incorporate the changes into the test tree within wpt.
