ARIA 1.1 issues

One issue in the ARIA 1.1 spec Editor's Draft 20 May 2016

Introduction
In the bullet list it says -
for example, by telephones, handheld devices, e-book readers, and
televisions;

We should replace  telephone with smartphone. My home handset doesn't
understand ARIA and doesn't have a browser.
