Improve definition of role=alert

I know it is unchanged from ARIA 1.0, but  have always wished it  was
a little different:
Alert definition  includes, "...with important, and usually
time-sensitive, information".
Consider modifying along the lines of :
 
"with an importtant, often time sensitive  notification that may need
the user's immediate attention. It is generally specific to  the task
on hand and is usually triggered based on user's action."
