As mentioned in yesterday's meeting:

TPAC is taking place on 18-29 October and just today W3C has announced the Inclusion Fund and Fellowships for TPAC 2021 via our CEO blog post. Applications for the Inclusion Fund have opened, and the Fellowships applications will open in September.
