Feedback on new Skip to Landmarks and Headings browser extensions

I am looking for some feedback on an extension Nick Hoyt and I have been working for supporting the Bypass Blocks requirement of WCAG within the browser to provide keyboard navigation support for navigating to selected landmarks and headings on a page.  It can also help people view a high level outline of the heading structure of the page.
