Should the second bullet "Research existing techniques and develop a Gap Analysis" also briefly mention the need to leverage TTS technology currently used to pronounce HTML content by assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, etc.)? Or, this could also be combined with the ninth bullet, "Engage stakeholders including assistive technology and browser vendors, from whom the task force can solicit ongoing feedback."
