Re: Draft Minutes 1/27/16

The HTML spec uses black on green <http://w3c.github.io/html/semantics.html#a-group-of-images-that-form-a-single-larger-picture-with-links> (which seems fine to me). Can’t we use that too? Meaning of a section is already communicated through background colour and the words/title thing.
