No Meeting Friday and TPAC 2023

Hi all,

As TPAC is in a couple weeks, we will not be having a meeting this Friday.

At TPAC 2023, we'll have two sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) to cover
various Anti-Fraud topics. There will also be a variety of breakout
sessions happening on Wednesday (once the schedule has been finalized, the
chairs will send out a list of sessions that might be of interest to the AF
community).
