Re: WG Agenda for Friday 8 July

Note that I am at the web payments working group meetings in London and
will still be in those meetings at the time of the call.  My apologies.
Quick update:

I have been working to get the initial annotation-model framework pull
requested accepted.  The WPT keepers have requested I squash the commit
messages, and I am working on that.  Git is not my friend on this.

I know that Benjamin has been working hard on the protocol stuff.  That
spec has progressed to CR now so there is added pressure.

I do not think there has been much progress on additions to the test
collection in the web-annotation-tests repository, but would be happy to be
proven wrong.
