Hi All,

The Web Annotation WG's charter includes a Robust Link Anchoring 
deliverable [1] and that is supposed to be a joint deliverable with the 
WebApps WG. Is there a draft (f.ex an Editor's Draft) of that spec?

One reason I ask is because WebApps is working on a new draft charter 
[2] and since [2] identifies this spec, if a draft of the Anchoring spec 
exists, [2] should probably reference it.
