Great to see a plan towards this!

I cannot find the invitation to the meeting though, was it posted to the
list or sent to individuals, and if the latter
why did I not receive it? when was the meeting held, who participated? I
cannot see this informtion
from the mail that Owen sent, but my inbox is a jungle/

Is this work part of the CG activities or independent?

if it is part of the AI KR CG, then please share the minutes, names of
attendees etc (so we can keep a record of
who decided what when etc), Also, if it is, please ask the other meeting
participants to join the CG group mailing list perhaps?
Let us know how you wish to proceed and what kind of input can members
give, when, how etc
