Paola, et al At our ' leveraging StratML for AIKR Value Chain meeting we agreed - 'Register of Charities' provide a good reference for Registry AI Systems .. both benefit from "statement of values", "code of ethics" etc.. Next steps towards making a decision to form a Working Group for Registry AI Systems (with approx 15 members) is to identify whom would be beneficiaries (using Business Model Canvas elements) .. . KP = Key Partners the strategy relays on (and for what) KA = Key Activities performed to deliver its value propositions KR = Key Resources need to deliver its value propositions VP = Value Proposition the strategy offers to its customers CR = Customer Relationships the strategy will impact CH = Channels used to deliver (products or services) output to its customer CS = Customer Segments the strategy will serve C$ = Cost Structure R$ = Revenue Structure Concurrently we will work towards publishing our 'AI Strategist' strategy using StratMl elements.
