Re: Meeting Report

Paola, yes, Carl recorded the meeting. Those in attendance besides the
two of us were Paul Alagna, Chris Fox, and Jorge Sanchez.

Regarding the meeting agendas, I am a proponent of publishing the
agendas of "significant" meetings as performance plans in StratML Part 2
format ... and reporting the results ("minutes") in that format as
well. However, that seems like it might be overkill for our meetings.
On the other hand, when the tools and services become as easy to use as
they should be, there will be no good reason not to do that for any
gathering for any purpose.

When the meeting began today, it was my expectation that we would: a)
come to agreement on our own plan for the collaborative efforts of those
in attendance, and b) document it in Chris' StratNavApp. However, the
consensus of the group appeared to be to skip that step and focus
instead on the draft plan that Carl provided. While we did not actually
edit the draft in Chris' app during the meeting, we could have and I
hope we will at the next meeting. In the meantime, anyone who cares to
do so and has requested access from Chris could comment and edit the
draft. I trust that Chris will be happy to provide any assistance that
may be required.

I also trust that Jorge will let us know when his StratML query service
is ready to try out. No one is more anxious than me to see what it can
do with the >4,000 files in the StratML collection.
