[ WAI Adapt Task Force ](https://www.w3.org/groups/tf/personalization-tf/calendar/)This is a specific part of the overall [Adapt Symbols Workshop](https://www.w3.org/events/meetings/bbc58010-4239-4aa9-8ef2-3c05344aaed9/), where we will present a summary of the work (use cases, implementation requirements) and any specific barriers we foresee. We will present a matrix that gives this overview from our current perspective before the call.

The goal is to check that we are not missing or precluding any major use cases/requirements, and also to discuss any specific barriers that we foresee. We also have some questions along the following lines (list to be refined and shared on Monday):

- How 'localisation' of symbols - e.g. to specific groups or regions - currently works.
- How personalised symbols for a specific person may be made and deployed.
- The extent to which a base symbol set may be customised for local, or individual considerations.
- The sorts of technologies, graphics formats, used to provide symbols.
