Hi all, I updated the agenda section of the f2f wiki page [1] in line with recent discussion on what we actually need to discuss. Specifically, we have a range of topics, which largely come from the use cases Russel identified (on the wiki page [2]). For EACH of those topics/use cases, we need to be clear on ALL of the following: * Spec work needed to support that use case * What symbol providers need to do * What content authors need to do * What the user needs to do The output of the workshop will be to fill in those things for each use case. What is missing from that Agenda section is the actual list of use cases, which are to come from Russell's wiki page [2]. Apologies, but it doesn't look like I'll get around to this before the next Adapt meeting (I am away this week). I think the two vital things that remain to do are: 1. Make that list of topics - and be sure to also include a placeholder for "any other use cases we may've missed" item on to it - using Russell's identified use cases [2] as a basis, and then put that list into the Agenda section on the f2f wiki page [1]. 2. Allocate the use cases to the timed sessions in the agenda (again, editing the wiki page [1]). I think that's do-able during this week? We have two more calls timetabled before the workshop, but the latter one (29th) is likely to be when at least some of us are travelling. Best regards, Matthew [1] <https://github.com/w3c/adapt/wiki/2025%E2%80%9005-Face-to-face-meeting#agen da> [2] Russel's wiki page - specifically, I think our use cases are coming from these 3 sections: i. https://github.com/w3c/adapt/wiki/Symbols-implementation-tests#mapping-code- points-within-the-font ii. https://github.com/w3c/adapt/wiki/Symbols-implementation-tests#rendering-use -of-ruby-element iii. The issues we recently discovered about different levels of font patching.
