Mock up authoring example for issue 240

Hi all,

Here's my first attempt at producing a picture that shows what it could look
like when writing Bliss code points directly into HTML, in line with the
examples we've been discussing for issue 240. This picture contains a
graphical representation of the HTML mark-up for two sentences ("Would you
like a drink?" and "Would you like some tea?") with the appropriate Bliss
code points (one for the first sentence; two for the latter) included and
rendered in a similar way that they would be when they're included in fonts.

Best regards,

Matthew
