Critical TPAC Session: Unblocking our Content Module CR

As you have doubtless noticed, our draft remains blocked from a
transition to publication as a Candidate Recommendation (CR). Status can
be monitored here:

https://github.com/w3c/transitions/issues/443

The above tracker suggests the next step is up to our Task Force (and up
to APA). I think we likely believe this isn't correct. So, to try and
unblock our specification, we will hold a special meeting on Tuesday 13
September (during TPAC) at 11:00 AM Vancouver Time. The pertinent
details (including a link to identify the correct time in your local
time zone) can be found on the APA TPAC wiki at this link:

https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/wiki/Meetings/TPAC_2022#Unblocking_the_Adapt_CR

I would urgently invite any and all of you able to make this meeting,
whether in person or via Zoom, to attend. If you have time to research
the blocking issue appears to be the following:

https://github.com/w3ctag/design-reviews/issues/476#issuecomment-767947210

Looking forward to reaching a resolution during the coming TPAC,

Janina

After we responded to her inquiry, it appeared that the media query question remained as an outstanding issue. Below are the relevant findings:

Note: Issue #170 was closed without being implemented.

He also encouraged us to open a new issue with the CSSWG in their repo explaining the user problem, proposal and the overlap with MQ5 to get their attention and help solve the set of overlapping features between Personalization and MQ5.
