Task to update examples- need clarification

I agreed to look at the examples for the explainer and updated symbols module.  I expected that these would be code examples.  The only code example that I see in the explainer is the one about using a symbol to represent home.  The only update to that is to modify the referenced id value from bar to either home or address.

Why do we think the other, textual examples in the explainer need to be modified? These have been reviewed several times. I’m happy to contribute, I’m just not sure what I need to focus upon. Likewise, the examples in the symbols module (the module previously know as content) are specific to symbols now and have already been reviewed multiple times.
