Hello HTTPbis Chairs,

I just realized that in the HTTPbis Agenda for IETF 118, Per Resource Events Protocol (very last item) links to the older W3C Editor's Draft and not to the newer Internet-Draft version: either https://cxres.github.io/prep/ or https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-gupta-httpbis-per-resource-events/.
