Re: Call for Adoption: draft-meenan-httpbis-compression-dictionary

It probably goes without saying, but I (and Chrome) are in favor of
adopting it and bringing the work into the WG to iterate on as we learn
from the origin trials launching in 117.

I expect we'll find some things that could use tweaking as everyone gets a
chance to work with it but we're pretty confident that we have a good
starting point.
