Hi there,

draft-murchison-webdav-prefer-13 updates the definition of the 
"return=representation" directive (RFC 7240) in 
<https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-murchison-webdav-prefer-13#section-3>, 
for instance with respect to cases where a conditional request failed.
