Thanks for the feedback on this proposal as well.

I don't fully redact this proposal, but I think this option should only be discussed if we can't come to agreement regarding any of the other options which remove continuation.

In NYC several people mentioned that if we add extensibility, we should have an extension(s) right from the start that are used.  CONTINUATION IMO is a good option for an extension.
