One anecdote that happened to me earlier this year, with my first and 
only purchace over the internet: Since I don't have a credit card, I 
borrowed a colleague and used that to order some flowers from FTD, then 
paid him back in cash. To ensure that I paid him the right amount, I 
printed out the confirmation to give to him. The browser I was using
happened to refresh documents before printing them, and it seems that the 
print code didn't check the method before submitting... I'm just glad 
there were humans in the loop at FTD who managed to correct the error 
before the poor lass got drowned in flowers :-)
