   The merge-response definition in 10.13 says
	<!ELEMENT merge-response ANY>
      ANY value: A sequence of elements with at most one DAV:update-set
      element, at most one DAV:checkout-set element, and at most one
      DAV:ignored-set element element.
   Firstly there is a double "element" at the end there. Secondly, the next
   two !ELEMENT definitions don't match up with this sentence: 
      DAV:updated-set (with a 'd' now)
      DAV:merged-set (rather than checkout-set)
