Changed this to DAV:add-label and DAV:remove-label.

    Cheers,

    Subject: Label method body

The label method body introduces an element <DAV:remove> defined as
    containing #PCDATA (i.e., the label). RFC2518 already contains a
    <DAV:remove> that contains a <DAV:prop> (i.e., for removing properties).

We should change the element name so that we can merge DTDs unambiguously.
