Subject: The 05 versioning protocol draft
Alert readers of the 05 draft of the protocol will notice that the
author list has been expanded to include Jim Whitehead (reflecting the
fact that he wrote the first versioning protocol draft) and Jim Amsden
(reflecting the fact that he wrote the first draft of the core
versioning semantics section).
Even though I think (hope :-) we are getting close to final call, there
still are significant "authoring opportunities" (:-). In particular,
Tim Ellison is working on a scenarios document and I'm sure would appreciate
a co-author, and it would be wonderful to have someone work up a
"rationale" document.
