SERVER --> ... --> CLIENT ... no-cache seems clear etc. (don't cache)
CLIENT --> ... --> SERVER ... I have to think about what no-cache means 
                              (don't respond from cache).
Not really a big deal to me either way .  the 'reload' suggestion was
made sometime back and referenced on this thread to support
the declaritive vs. procedural comments Jeff was making and was
attempting to support.
