Problem downloading software

Hello,

I am Andi a webdesigner. I am beginner and I want to use the Tidy software,
because I was shocked about the amount of errors on http://validator.w3.org
<http://validator.w3.org/> . But I can't find a download button on
http://tidy.sourceforge.net/ All I can find are instructions and links.

Is it a software that I can install on my computer like FrontPage?  And that
I can improve all my websites by just letting the software do his work?
