Chris,

I know that it is difficult to keep up with link-rot on external sites 
but http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/SVG-Implementations looks like it 
ought to be an updated current list, and after hitting a few broken 
links I tried the w3 link checker... there are 43 broken links.

Please could you either mark it clearly as an archive document or go 
through the painstaking update process?
