xlink:type, :show, :actuate

Hello.

in the dtd, the attributes xlink:type, xlink:show and xlink:actuate
seem to be enumerations, but there is no corresonding unsigned short
value in the dtd (especially in SVGURIReference).

Is it on purpose ?
